Councillor

I was born and raised in Lancashire and I studied Chemistry at Newcastle University in the 1990s. After working as an R&D Chemist for a few years, a promotion presented the amazing opportunity to relocate to Oxfordshire in 1996. I initially lived in Banbury (where I met my wife), Adderbury and Duns Tew before my family and I settled in Enstone in 2014, as our children attended Chipping Norton School.

I’m fortunate that my current occupation allows me more time at home, with half the travelling that I used to endure, so I’m now available to get involved in local matters, which is why I volunteered to join the Parish Council as it allows me to make a contribution to the community. In my spare time, I enjoy rugby (sadly, no longer as a player!), cooking, walking and classic vehicles.
