Enstone Litter Picking Campaign

Enstone Parish Litter Picking

Over the weekend (18-19 March) a valiant group of villagers took to the roads and hedgerows in and around Enstone to collect litter. The image speaks for itself . We applaud their direct approach in tackling an increasing blight on the landscape. Whilst congratulations are in order for those who turned up to carry out this work, it does not prevent it from happening as sadly we live in a ‘throw away’ society.

Enstone Parish Council will organise further litter picks. You can make a difference by joining in future initiatives or simply by picking up litter when you see it and disposing of it responsibly. Why not do this whenever you go out for a walk? It isn’t difficult and it does make a difference!
