Oxfordshire County Council is asking for your views on the proposal to introduce a ‘One-Way traffic’ restriction in Chapel Lane in Enstone, for its southbound section to the A44 Oxford Road adjacent to the bus shelter & Post Office. The proposals have been put forward for road safety reasons, with local residents & the Parish Council raising concerns about the dangers posed by two-way vehicle traffic outside the village shop/post office. This is considered to be an appropriate means of reducing danger in that location.
