20s Plenty Questionnaire : Oxfordshire County Council is committed to making our roads safer by reducing the 30 mph speed to 20 mph where suitable. Enstone Parish Council is fully aware of the speeding traffic in the village and supports this initiative. The intention is to apply for 20 mph throughout the built up areas of the village.
