Society Meetings:

The society usually meets once a month on a Tuesday evening. Unless otherwise stated meetings are 7.00 for 7.30pm. Speakers are invited to talk on a variety of interesting aspects of local history.

Enstone Annual Show August 27 2016

We will be attending the show again this year and hope to see you all there. The society had a very successful afternoon last year, explaining to visitors what we do and offering refreshments. We were positioned centrally by the dog show and in full view of the Morris men. Stephen Wass provided a thought provoking display of his work on his excavation of the Enstone Marvels, pictured is Pam Foxall helping a visitor.

Meetings are usually 7.00pm for 7.30pm with time for a glass of wine and snack beforehand. For more details please contact the secretary Anne Francis. For details of membership (£10 per person per year, or £15 if you wish) contact the membership secretary Tim Henry. Visitors and guests are welcome at meetings with prior notice and are asked to pay £5.
